Job Description

Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Room in Clovis, CA. This is a critical role that requires quick decision-making and the ability to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients based on medical need and urgency.
• Provide emergency care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting (preferred).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Proficient in emergency nursing practices and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
