Position Title: Travel Mammography Technician (Mamo Tech)

Salary Range: $40 - $50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality mammography examinations in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Maintain and operate mammography equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely results.
- Educate patients about the procedure, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of procedures performed and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Mammography Technologist (ARRT) required.
- Valid state licensure in California as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Previous experience in mammography preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
